TORREVIEJA HOSPITAL
 The hospital has been a great success with thousands of patients using the facility, almost all with glowing praise for the staff and facilities.
THIS IS SPAIN EXHIBITION
This exhibition is on 1st, 2nd and 3rd May this year at the "La Herrada" Restaurant in Los Montesinos. Christine Roche, the organiser, reports that there are over 60 companies exhibiting this year with a special section for charities. There will be fun and music for all the family. A great day out!!!
FREEWHEELERS CAR CLUB
This new club enjoys days out, come rain or shine! The last run to the Hondon Valley was a day of pouring rain, but the lunch was enjoyed by all the participants. The next day out is 10th May - a visit to a Garage in Elche that specialises in restoring old cars is hosting the day. A drive along the Coast followed by a good lunch will complete the day.
THE FROCK EXCHANGE
Times are hard but we women must have new clothes! So what better than to search our wardrobes for clothes we don´t wear and take them to the "Frock Exchange". The shop sells the clothes, giving half back to the client who brings the clothes in. With budget "bling" jewellery and luscious handmade soap from "Angel Soap" here is an inexpensive solution to the budget blues. Its reported that make-up sales soar during times of financial crisis. "Get Shopping Girls"!!!
