out on the day the new deeds are signed at the notary.
Many clients make a “Poder”, a
Power of Attorney, allowing the lawyer to purchase the house in the
clients name, arrange a mortgage and to ensure the services ie water
and power, are connected for payment to the clients bank account.
Many of the problems encountered by
clients buying abroad are because the correct legal procedures have
